Job Description

System & Network Management:
Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, and repair computer networks and workstations
Support server systems, related hardware/software, and user accounts
Provide support for LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and network communications
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures
Manage disk space and monitor system health across the network
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide end-user support for all applications and system access
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and connectivity
Respond to system/program error messages and resolve or escalate as needed
Refer major technical problems to external vendors or technicians
Training & Consultation:
Train users on proper use and security of IT systems
Consult with departments to assess system needs and provide solutions
Recommend and implement process improvements for IT systems and operations
Operations & Inventory Management:
Plan and manage equipment installations, moves, and upgrades
Maintain accurate inventory of all tech devices and systems
Ensure regular system backups and secure storage of backup tapes
Communication & Coordination:
Speak with users clearly and professionally; follow proper phone etiquette
Serve as first point of contact for employee grievances as per Fair Treatment/Open Door policy
Support guest service needs and assist fellow employees when required
Quality, Safety & Compliance:
Follow all IT, safety, and company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
Identify and implement ways to improve organizational efficiency, quality, and safety
Physical & Operational Requirements:
Enter and retrieve information using computer systems and POS
Move, lift, push, or carry objects up to 50 pounds
Stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs/ramps for extended periods
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
