Job Description

System Installation & Configuration
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Technical Support
Provide basic technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues; escalate complex problems to the IT team as necessary.
Issue Reporting
Identify and promptly report system malfunctions, security risks, or other IT-related issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
Inventory Management
Help maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Data Backup & Recovery
Support regular data backup operations and ensure file recovery procedures are documented and functional.
User Account Management
Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, including password resets, access rights, and permissions.
Documentation
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, technical issues, and resolutions.

Skills & Competencies

Basic Technical Knowledge

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networks, IP addressing, and peripheral devices such as printers.

Problem Solving & Communication

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Adaptability & Learning

Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT environments.

Teamwork & Independence

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborates effectively as part of a team.
