Asset ReservationsAsset DisposalPeriodic Physical VerificationMaintain hardware asset database to ensure completeness and accuracy at all timesEnsure that IT Asset Management SLAs and KPIs are met at all the timeReconciliation of discovered assets that are not tracked in the asset management databaseManage the validation of the asset management database records by performing a scheduled task to QA the data for asset recordsReview existing Asset Management process and suggest improvements in process efficiencies and controlsManage spares and provide inputs for timely procurement of necessary spares to manage repair maintenance activities.Track movement of assets from one location to another
