Job Title: IT Administrator

Job Summary:
The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations of hardware, software, networks, and systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing IT policies, and supporting employees with their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and networks.
• Manage and monitor system performance, security, and backups.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for end-users.
• Ensure data security through firewalls, antivirus, and system access controls.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and licenses.
• Oversee user account management (Active Directory, email, access rights, etc.).
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Monitor network connectivity, bandwidth usage, and resolve connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, procurement, and support.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support implementation of new technologies and systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and server management.
• Proficiency with operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and office software.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, or Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
