Job Description

Your Tasks

Operations and lifecycle management of international IT-Services/Systems/Application and contribute to the further development.
Support the Management and introduction of new (cloud) applications.
Support standardization of international Business Apps landscape and focus on a single Business App strategy.
2nd Level support of international Business Apps.
1st contact person for the 1st level support team.
Improvement/empowerment of the 1st level support + documentation in our knowledge DB.
Administration of the Business Apps server and its lifecycle management (e.g. updates, monitoring, ...).

Your Profile

Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Information technology or a related field.
More than 5 years of professional experience in administration of servers and business applications
Experience in ITIL4
Good English language skills.
Open minded (agile way of work) and good communication skills to be part of the international team
German language skills are a distinct advantage.
Willingness to travel is an essential requirement for this role.
