Support standardization of international Business Apps landscape and focus on a single Business App strategy. 2nd Level support of international Business Apps. 1st contact person for the 1st level support team. Improvement/empowerment of the 1st level support + documentation in our knowledge DB. Administration of the Business Apps server and its lifecycle management (e.g. updates, monitoring) YOUR PROFILE: Successful completion of an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or higher. More than 5 years of professional experience in M365 (PowerApps / PowerAutomate / PowerPages) and administration of servers and business applications Experience in ITIL4 Very good English language skills. Open minded (agile way of work) and good communication skills to be part of the international team German language skills are a distinct advantage. YOUR TASKS Take responsibility for developing on our SAP systems together with colleagues as well as external service providers. You are working in our priority systems SAP ERP (S/4 HANA), BW , GTS and Solution Manager. Implementation of changes in the systems in intensive dialog with our IT in-house consultants. Take over part of the 2nd/3rd level support in case of troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth operation of our SAP systems Manage or actively participate in IT projects using both agile and classical project management methodologies. Coordinate external service providers who may be involved in IT projects or services. YOUR PROFILE Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Information technology or a related field. 8-10 years of professional experience in application development based on ABAP/OO, S/4 and Fiori Expert/Professional certifications in SAP development Very good English language skills, German language skills are a distinct advantage. Experience in implementing and operating global/centralized IT systems (OnPrem, Hosting, Cloud Solutions). Practical knowledge of agile IT methods (Scrum, Kanban, ITIL) is an advantage Team player and independent, structured way of working.

YOUR TASKS: Consult business departments and IT business partners to continuously improve SAP enabled, global engineering and design processes Responsible for design, customizing, development and testing of SAP PLM solutions for the corporate development department Ensure smooth SAP operations and provide 2nd/3rd level support for SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR), Document Management System (DMS), Project System (PS) and other PLM-related solutions Coordinate external IT-partners for maintenance and enhancement of SAP addons (e.g., SEAL) Responsible for the creation and maintenance of system documentation and training materials as well as the development and maintenance of a knowledge database Ensure SAP system compliance with internal information security requirements as well as the relevant external audit requirements YOUR PROFILE: Successful completion of studies in (business) informatics or economics More than 8 years of professional experience in SAP for engineering and design process; proven knowledge of customizing SAP systems (modules ECTR, DMS, PS) (preferred S4/HANA, Fiori and embedded analytics) Comprehensive, cross-module SAP knowledge (e.g. SAP authorization management, SAP business partner) Experience in additional, related SAP modules (e.g., CO, PP, MM, SD, LE) and knowledge of ITIL 4 are a distinct advantage Fluent English language skills German language skills are of advantage Willingness to travel is an essential requirement for this role
