Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for new project parts CMM programming and trouble shooting.
Responsible for Tooling/Fixturing CMM programming.
Responsible for External /Internal Gear CMM programming.
Master list updating for CMM programming.
CMM reports interlinking with EiQMI
Backup Management of CMM related items(Stylus, cubes, discs etc.)
CMM results co-relation with customer.
Plan for new measuring equipments.
Initial sample- Development parts setup approval and ISIR as per customer requirements.
Standards room management.
Overall responsible for QM activity in forging and machining.
Keep good communication across the departments & support each other. Work closely with other department
Develop new measurement techniques.
Daily audit at shop floor to verify quality management system.
Inspection time optimization.
Responsible for 5`S in QM area.

Preferred candidate profile

3-4 years of experience in Quality Management. Experience in forging and machining engineering preferable.
He/She should also have the good knowledge of product and process, good communication skill and team work.
