Technical Skills:
1)Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
3)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Programming skills:-
1)Programming CMMs: Develop and implement inspection programs using CAD data and engineering drawings to accurately measure components.
2)Operating CMMs: Perform dimensional inspections and validate parts against specified tolerances.
3)Data Analysis: Analyze measurement data to ensure compliance with specifications and create detailed reports.
4)Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with the CMM equipment and measurement programs.
5)Maintenance & Calibration: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
6)Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, design, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
7)Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance inspection processes and overall quality.
8)Documentation: Maintain accurate records of programs, measurements, and results.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
