Job Title: IT & Admin Executive Location: B - Block , Sector 63, Noida Department: IT & Administration Reporting To: Manager Operations / HR Role & responsibilities IT Responsibilities: Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure. Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, configure, and update software and applications. Ensure data backup and security protocols are in place and followed. Monitor and maintain internet, printers, and IT inventory. Liaise with vendors for IT equipment and support services. Admin Responsibilities: Manage office supplies and equipment; ensure timely procurement. Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises. Coordinate repair and maintenance services for office infrastructure. Maintain proper documentation and records (agreements, bills, etc.). Support HR in facility management during onboarding/offboarding. Handle courier, visitor management, and other day-to-day admin tasks. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field. Experience in IT support and/or office administration. Good knowledge of Windows, networking, and basic hardware troubleshooting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
