You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems. Your role will involve monitoring and managing company networks, policies, servers, and firewalls. It will be your duty to provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. Ensuring that data backups and disaster recovery plans are implemented and tested will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will need to maintain system security and troubleshoot potential threats or vulnerabilities that may arise. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights is also a key task in this role. You will be overseeing system upgrades and patches, as well as collaborating with external vendors and service providers.
