IT ADMIN

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration:

o Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.
o Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability of IT systems. o Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.

• Network Management:

o Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, and VPN connections.
o Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize network performance. o Configure firewalls, routers, and switches.

• User Support:

o Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).
o Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory or similar systems. o Train staff on IT tools, cybersecurity practices, and software usage.

• Security & Compliance:

o Implement and maintain security measures (antivirus, firewalls, patch
management). o Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and apply updates as necessary. o Ensure compliance with data protection and IT policies.

• IT Asset Management:

o Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software licenses, and network
equipment. o Oversee procurement, setup, and disposal of IT assets.ï‚· Documentation: o Document configurations, network diagrams, procedures, and policies. o Maintain logs for system changes and support requests.
