Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IPD Manager to join our team at Medicover Fertility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing infertility services and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the daily operations of the IVF unit, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and technicians.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fertility clinic or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of infertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
