iOS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS applications with high performance and responsiveness.
• Implement real-time communication using

  WebSockets/Socket.IO

  for chat, notifications, or live data updates.
• Integrate calling features (

  VoIP, Call Kit, Push Kit, Agora, WebRTC or similar SDKs

  ).
• Work on

  media handling

  including image/video compression, upload/download optimization, and streaming.
• Integrate and maintain

  third-party SDKs

  (payment gateways, analytics, social logins, crash reporting, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver new features.
• Ensure

  application security, stability, and App Store compliance

  .
• Debug, profile, and optimize applications for performance and memory usage.
• Write

  unit and UI tests

  to ensure code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional iOS development experience.
• Proficient in

  Swift

  , with solid understanding of

  Objective-C (nice to have)

  .
• Strong experience with

  Socket communication

  (Socket.IO, WebSocket's, MQTT, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with

  VoIP/Video Calling

  using Call Kit, Push Kit, Agora, WebRTC, or Twilio.
• Experience in

  image & video compression, transcoding, caching, and progressive media loading

  .
• Expertise in

  UIKit, SwiftUI (preferred), Auto Layout, Core Data, AV Foundation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  RESTful APIs, JSON, and GraphQL

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of

  memory management, background tasks, and offline storage

  .
• Good understanding of

  App Store submission, provisioning, and certificates

  .

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config)

  .
• Knowledge of

  multithreading (GCD, Operation Queue)

  and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with

  video editing libraries

  (AV Foundation, FFmpeg, Core Image).
• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum development

  .
• Knowledge of

  cross-platform frameworks

  (Flutter/KMM/React Native) is a plus.
