Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage teams and tasks effectively.
Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain and improve product and material standards.
Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and troubleshoot quality issues.
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills for testing, inspection, and reporting quality metrics.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations will be advantageous.
