Candidate responsible for managing the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize invoice workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal departments such as procurement and finance.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination for invoice-related inquiries.
Invoice Processing:
- Oversee the accurate entry, validation, and approval of invoices in the system.
- Ensure invoices comply with company policies, tax regulations, and financial standards.
- Manage the reconciliation of processed invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Workflow Optimization:
- Monitor invoice processing KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy rate) and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or financial coordination roles.
- Knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and audit standards.
