As a Billing Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience, your role will involve providing quotations to customers and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly billing processes. - **Monthly Billing Validation:** You will be responsible for invoicing monthly billing records, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with the accounts team to resolve any issues. - **Data Entry & Management:** Your duties will include maintaining accurate records of quotations, billing adjustments, and account updates within the system. - **Reporting:** Prepare and deliver regular billing reports and updates to management, emphasizing any discrepancies or necessary adjustments. - **Collaboration:** Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless data flow and resolve any enrollment or billing-related queries. To excel in this role, you should possess: - **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of international experience in billing, accounts, or a similar administrative role. - **Skills:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. - Comprehensive understanding of billing processes and financial transactions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with billing/accounting software. - Excellent spoken and written English skills. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
