Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Invoice Clerk, located in Umargam. The Invoice Clerk will be responsible for processing and issuing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer inquiries regarding billing. The role also involves coordinating with the accounting department, ensuring all invoicing procedures comply with company policies, and providing general administrative support related to invoicing tasks.

Qualifications

• Invoicing and Invoice Processing skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Accounting knowledge
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software- SAP & TALLY
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
