Job Description

Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct legal research on various non-litigation matters such as regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and general business operations. Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents such as service agreements, NDAs, SPA, licensing agreements, distributorship agreements, administrative agreements, etc, including but not limited to notices and letters. Policy Development & Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations. Document Management: Organize and maintain legal files and documents, ensuring that all non-litigation legal files are up-to-date and easily accessible. Legal Administrative Support and Assistance: Assist with various non-litigation corporate matters and ad-hoc projects as required by the legal department.
