Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Investor Relations, your role will involve leading strategic communication between the company, investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders. You will utilize your strong capital markets understanding, financial analysis acumen, and excellent storytelling skills to manage investor expectations and build long-term shareholder value. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and management Q&A. - Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders by responding to queries and maintaining a high standard of communication. - Support or lead investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including logistics, briefing materials, and follow-ups. - Track market intelligence, analyst models, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior leadership. - Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy, and Secretarial to align messaging and reporting. - Contribute to the company's equity story and help evolve the long-term IR strategy. Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence: - Collaborate with internal finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial disclosures and investor messaging. - Analyze competitor performance, macroeconomic trends, and industry developments to support strategic communication. - Maintain financial models for company forecasting, valuation benchmarking, and investor insights. - Provide the management team with regular market analysis and recommendations based on investor sentiment. Regulatory & Governance Compliance: - Support the preparation and filing of investor-related statutory documents, AGM materials, and board-level presentations. Capital Markets & Fundraising Support: - Assist the leadership team in capital raising initiatives (debt, equity, private placements). - Prepare financial decks, pitchbooks, and due diligence documents for institutional investors or investment bankers. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent post-graduate qualification. - Experience: 5-15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Fund Management, or Family Office investments. - Proven track record of managing investor communication, financial modeling, and strategic presentations. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job type is full-time, permanent with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work location is in person, requiring the ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Faridabad, Haryana before starting work.
