Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and adaptable associate to act as a key coordination point between research, sales, marketing, and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to understand how the wealth management industry works, since the position allows a 360 degree view of the various facets of a financial organisation. This role involves managing investor desk queries (supporting investors & our senior private bankers with investment, execution & operational queries), research (being part of the fund research team), supporting lead generation by leveraging new tools and innovative strategies to enhance the sales process, and collaborating with the research team on portfolio analysis and market insights. Additionally, the associate will coordinate operational queries to ensure smooth execution across teams, facilitating seamless communication and contributing to the firms overall efficiency and growth. Founded by an ex-fund manager, with over 2 decades of fund management experience at some of India’s top AMC’s, we aim to disrupt the wealth management industry by using technology to shrink the existing gap in insights between central research teams & Relationship Managers/Investors. Our proprietary Research Management Solution (the IME RMS), gives Relationship Managers (RMs) & Investors direct access to our central research teams ratings & recommendations on an exhaustive universe of investment funds (detailed ratings done on the funds offered by 40+ MFs, 150+ PMS-AIFs & 100+ Global Investment Options). Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of google docs and excel is a must. Should have the ability to learn new technologies or the willingness to learn them. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and an ability to handle queries in a timely efficient manner Team worker: Willingness to work with different teams towards the common goal of the organisation Willingness to learn: There is a lot of cross working between departments involved in this role, and a candidate who is eager to absorb a lot will highly benefit from this role.
