Role Overview: We are looking to add a high-energy, articulate, and confident Business Development Executive to our team at IME Capital. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a deep interest in sales and relationship-building, and the ability to confidently engage with senior professionals across finance, HR, and investment domains. A natural inclination to lead conversations, build trust quickly, and handle high-stakes interactions with poise will be a key differentiator in this role. This is a client-facing role with both strategic and execution responsibilities from expanding our partner and franchisee network to initiating intelligent conversations with CXOs and finance heads. Role & Responsibilities Build Strategic B2B Partnerships: Recruit, train, and manage wealth franchisee partners and distribution relationships for IMEs Portfolio Management Services division. Outbound Sales to Senior Executives: Initiate contact with senior HR and finance professionals to pitch IMEs offerings, including Corporate Treasury Solutions and custom seminars/webinars. Lead Qualification & Screening: Conduct initial conversations with inbound or referred leads to assess suitability and readiness for IME Capitals services before escalating to senior wealth advisors. Pitching & Presentation: Develop compelling sales narratives and confidently deliver them across phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions. CRM & Reporting Discipline: Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, conversations, and pipeline status in our internal systems, ensuring structured follow-ups. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years work experience in Sales/Business Development Skills: Must have the confidence and ability to cold call senior people, and talk about IME Capital. Communication skills must be not just good, but also efficient. Must be adept at handling objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiations. Language : Excellent spoken English & Hindi is a non-negotiable requirement.
