Role & responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate/Masters Degree with focus in Accounting/Finance would be preferred 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic, shows initiative and deep desire to learn and strengthen individual skill set
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload
  • Ability to manage high risk / critical escalation with detailed approach towards root cause identification and remediation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving and
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Someone who encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
  • Willingness to work in Europe shift

Technical / Domain Competency:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in middle office operations domain with reputed fund admins/investment bank specifically focusing on Trade, cash & position reconciliation 
  • Detail oriented with good working product knowledge of Fixed income, bank debt, swaps and Equity 
  • Knowledge of software applications
  • Must have hands on experience working on Reconciliation tool 
  • Any insurance client support experience and experience in working with Duco is a plus
  • Proven skills in dealing with complex issues at multiple operating levels in the fast-paced environment and across different stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Experience on Process efficiency improvement initiatives
  • High level of proficiency with Excel. Candidates with VBA skills are preferred
