Investment Banking Senior Associate

As a Private Equity and IPO Mandate Lead, your role will involve: - Leading end-to-end execution of private equity and IPO mandates, including origination support, financial modeling, valuation, IM / pitchdeck / investor presentation preparation, roadshows, and deal closures. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, managing investor dialogues, and delivering impactful outcomes.
