Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting senior bankers in all aspects of M&A transactions, from initial client engagement to deal closing. Your responsibilities will involve conducting financial analysis, market research, and participating in client presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis and valuation of target companies. - Prepare presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. - Conduct industry and market research. - Support deal execution, including due diligence and negotiations. - Prepare financial models and other supporting documentation. - Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitch books. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or a related field. - Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with M&A transactions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
