The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of the company and providing strategic guidance to align with business objectives. This role involves managing various financial aspects, including financial reporting, taxation, financial controls, production of financial statements, budgeting, investment assessment, risk management, and pricing and packaging strategy.
