Investment Analyst

You will be responsible for the following key tasks as an Analyst in the Credit business at Greystar Real Estate Partners: - Conduct early-stage research and analysis on individual assets and sub-markets. - Review and offer opinions, either verbally or in written form, that benefit from collaboration with other Greystar professionals and industry research. - Assist with the development of tools and processes to conduct portfolio surveillance and reporting to external counterparties. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong quantitative, analytical, and creative thinking skills. - Proficiency with financial modeling in Excel. - Superb attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably in a discipline related to finance or real estate.
