Investment Advisory Sales Manager-Stock Broking

You will join PhillipCapital India Pvt. Ltd., a distinguished member of the PhillipCapital Group of Singapore, as an Investment Advisory Sales Manager in Mumbai. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for providing solutions to customers and acquiring new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on offering a range of financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Forex, etc. It is essential to have a strong understanding of securities markets, asset classes, and derivatives. Your role will involve connecting and building relationships with key stakeholders in the capital market, including FPIs, HNIs, HFTs, Fund Houses, Affluent customers, and retail customers. Achieving monthly revenue targets will be a key accountability. As an Investment Advisory Sales Manager, you will represent the company at various international and local trade fairs, marketing stalls, exhibitions, and similar events to enhance brand visibility and support business growth. Collaborating with Channel Partners such as IBs, Custodians, and other distributors will be crucial in formulating strategic campaigns to boost revenue generation. Additionally, you will work closely with internal departments like compliance, back office, and top management. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, along with professional certifications like NISM. Prior experience in investment advisory and sales within a stockbroking firm is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and client needs are essential for success in this role. Regulatory compliance knowledge is also required for ensuring adherence to industry standards and guidelines.,
