Investment Advisor / Investment Counsellor

You will play a key role in contributing to achieving financial targets and business composition goals of the organization. Your primary focus will be on achieving ROI that surpasses the benchmark index for the portfolio, while effectively managing acceptable risk levels. You will be responsible for guiding Wealth Managers on the latest products to enhance their sales pitches. Additionally, you will actively engage in internal discussions to collaboratively develop house views across asset classes and create effective investment strategies. It will be your responsibility to propose new product concepts to the Investment Committee. Your role will also involve contributing ideas to enhance the investment platform by staying current with market developments, including automation, process optimization, and compliance with regulatory changes. Ensuring client satisfaction is of utmost importance, which will involve maintaining a portfolio aligned with their risk tolerance, financial goals, and investment preferences. Building strong, long-term client relationships will be a key aspect of your role, focusing on high retention through consistent performance and transparent communication. You will be expected to provide clients with clear, understandable updates on portfolio performance and market conditions. Tailoring investment strategies to meet each client's unique financial goals, such as retirement, education, and wealth preservation, will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities.,
