Job Summary :

As a Financial Planner at RuDo, you will be responsible for creating clear, goal-based financial plans that help clients make confident long-term decisions. You will work closely with investment and product team to translate client goals into actionable, realistic plans. This role is ideal for someone who believes that good financial planning is about clarity, behavior, and structure, not selling products.

• Create comprehensive, goal-based financial plans covering retirement, education, major life goals, and financial independence.
• Conduct client conversations to understand goals, constraints, and financial behavior.
• Work closely with investment and research teams to align plans with portfolio strategies.
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation of financial plans and assumptions.
• Ensure planning recommendations align with regulatory and internal advisory standards.
