Investigation Officer

To conduct high-stakes field investigations, surveillance, and evidence gathering across the Pune Metropolitan Region. You will represent the gold standard of the agency’s field operations, handling corporate, matrimonial, and forensic cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Surveillance Operations: Discreet shadowing of subjects across Pune’s diverse terrain—from the narrow lanes of Peth areas to the sprawling IT parks of Hinjewadi and Magarpatta.
• Evidence Collection: Utilizing high-end covert technology (spy cameras, GPS trackers, and night-vision equipment) to capture undeniable evidence.
• Undercover Assignments: Seamlessly blending into various environments—acting as a corporate employee in Cyber City, a factory worker in the Chakan/Bhosari industrial belt, or a resident in premium societies of Baner/Koregaon Park.
• Verification Services: Conducting deep-dive background checks, including physical address verification and lifestyle audits for matrimonial and high-level corporate hiring.
• Academy Support: Assisting the Academy by demonstrating field techniques and gadget usage to students during practical training sessions.
• Reporting: Maintaining meticulous daily logs and preparing professional reports for the Kothrud HQ.

Pune-Specific Requirements

• Geography: Expert knowledge of Pune and PCMC routes. Must be able to navigate traffic bottlenecks (like University Road or Chandni Chowk) using shortcuts.
• Languages: Marathi and Hindi are mandatory for local liaison. English is essential for high-end corporate reporting.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler in good condition with a valid license.
• Pincode Expertise: Familiarity with hubs like Kothrud (411038), Hinjewadi (411057), Hadapsar (411028), and Pimpri (411018).
