In a city where neighborhoods are tightly knit, the investigator needs to be a master of blending in—whether in the heritage buildings of North Kolkata or the corporate glass towers of Salt Lake Sector V.

Role Objective

To conduct professional surveillance, discreet intelligence gathering, and background verifications across the Kolkata Metropolitan Area. You will be responsible for obtaining high-quality evidence for corporate fraud, matrimonial disputes, and local political intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Urban Surveillance: Discreetly shadowing subjects across Kolkata’s complex transport network—including the Kolkata Metro, yellow taxis, and the narrow lanes of North Kolkata—without detection.
• Evidence Collection: Utilizing advanced covert technology (hidden cameras, GPS trackers, and high-gain microphones) to capture time-stamped, legally admissible evidence.
• Undercover Operations: Adopting credible "cover stories" to enter IT hubs in Sector V (700091), corporate offices in BBD Bagh, or high-profile residential clubs in Alipore (700027).
• Verification Services: Conducting deep-dive matrimonial checks, neighbor interviews, and lifestyle audits that require high levels of "conversational intelligence."
• Industrial Surveys: Occasional travel to the industrial belts of Howrah and Hooghly to investigate warehouse thefts or supply chain leaks.
• Reporting: Maintaining daily activity logs and preparing digital evidence folders for the East Zone leadership and Pune HQ.

Kolkata-Specific Requirements

• Geography: Expert knowledge of the city’s layout—specifically the distinction between the commercial heritage of Dalhousie and the modern sprawl of Rajarhat/New Town.
• Languages: Bengali is mandatory for local ground intelligence. English and Hindi are required for corporate interactions and internal reporting.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license. Ability to navigate Kolkata's "one-way" traffic rules and Metro timings is essential.
• Pincode Expertise: Familiarity with hubs like Park Street (700016), Salt Lake (700064), and Ballygunge (700019).
