Investigation Officer

To execute professional surveillance, discreet intelligence gathering, and background verifications across the Chennai Metropolitan Area. You will be responsible for obtaining high-quality evidence for industrial theft, corporate espionage, and high-profile matrimonial cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Urban & Industrial Surveillance: Discreetly shadowing subjects across Chennai’s unique landscape—from the Chennai Metro and suburban trains to the heavy industrial traffic of the GST Road.
• Evidence Collection: Utilizing advanced covert technology (hidden cameras, GPS trackers, and high-gain microphones) to capture time-stamped, legally admissible evidence.
• Undercover Assignments: Adopting credible personas to enter manufacturing plants in Sriperumbudur (602105), IT parks in Sholinganallur (600119), or commercial hubs in Guindy.
• Verification Services: Conducting deep-dive matrimonial checks, neighbor interviews, and lifestyle audits that require high levels of local "social engineering" skills.
• Supply Chain Audits: Investigating warehouse leakages and logistics theft in the port-proximate industrial zones.
• Reporting: Maintaining daily activity logs and preparing digital evidence folders for the South Zone leadership and Pune HQ.

Chennai-Specific Requirements

• Geography: Expert knowledge of the city’s layout—specifically the distinction between the commercial heritage of Parrys/George Town and the modern tech sprawl of OMR.
• Languages: Tamil is mandatory for local ground intelligence. English is required for corporate interactions and internal reporting. Knowledge of Telugu or Malayalam is a plus.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license. Ability to navigate Chennai's heat and peak-hour traffic at Mount Road or OMR is essential.
• Pincode Expertise: Familiarity with hubs like T. Nagar (600017), Adyar (600020), and Anna Nagar (600040).
