Inventory & Supply Chain Manager

As an Inventory and Supply Chain Manager at our company located in New Budge Budge Trunk Road, Maheshtala, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure efficient flow of goods. - Inventory Control: Implement strategies to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts. - Procurement & Vendor Management: Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships effectively. - Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to develop production schedules that meet demand requirements. - Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate the transportation and distribution of products to various locations. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or tea/food & beverage industry. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and inventory control systems. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools. - Knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP is considered a plus.
