Inventory Specialist

As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the stock levels of dry fruits, nuts, and healthy snacks. Your primary responsibility will be to track inventory, ensure stock freshness, minimize wastage, and streamline supply chain operations to maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and retail channels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the end-to-end inventory management process for all SKUs - Monitoring stock levels, shelf life, and expiry dates to prevent losses - Conducting regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations for inventory accuracy - Implementing methods for stock rotation such as FIFO - Maintaining and updating inventory records using ERP or inventory management software Additionally, you will be required to: - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth inventory movement - Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and high-value products - Work closely with sales and e-commerce teams to synchronize inventory levels across online and offline channels Experience Required: - FMCG/Food: 3 years (Required) - Inventory management: 3 years (Required) Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
