Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholder SMEs in the end-to-end WFH process
Assist Recruitment & OPS with Equipment pick-up schedules
Be a point of contact to assist with Equipment troubleshooting
Track, manage and control the flow of equipment to and from the Agent
Track & maintain current inventory counts
Understand recruiting & training requirements for each LOB WFH Agent
Work within the Change Control process to track each action item
Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (listening/verbal/written) and interpersonal skills are essential.
Bilingual ability in both official languages (English/French) is a strong asset
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint
2 years in a similar office admin role
A strong desire to learn, grow and willingness to take on new challenges
Strong ability to work in a high-pressure environment and to multi-task
Highly flexible on work schedule, motivated, punctual, dependable
Strong time management skills along with well-developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent team player but able to work independently
Experienced with working in a task and goal-oriented team focus environment
The ability to quickly learn the company policies, standards, and procedures as they pertain to change management & WFH.
