Inventory Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain hearing aid stock and manage inventory (LIFO/FIFO).
• Handle stock inward, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), packing, and dispatching processes.
• Conduct regular stock verification and ensure accuracy.
• Record sales and purchases systematically.
• Manage and monitor inventory across all branches within the state, ensuring accurate availability and accountability.
• Collect stock requirements from multiple branches, analyze consumption and submit consolidated requests to HO.
• Serve as the key liaison between the State Corporate Office, HO, and branch for all inventory-related activities.
• Ensure timely recording of stock movements (inward, outward, and transfers) and maintain proper accounting records. Conduct periodic branch-level audits within the state, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.
• Support HO-led procurement by verifying branch needs and tracking state-level stock replenishments.
• Maintain 100% accuracy between physical stock and ERP/inventory system data across branches.
• Track and report shortages, damages, and excesses at branches, ensuring accountability and corrective action.
• Enforce adherence to company SOPs, documentation practices, and compliance norms across all branches.
• Generate state-level MIS reports on stock movement, branch performance, shortages, and consumption for review.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Basic Excel
• Strong data management and coordination abilities
