Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update accurate records of all event-related inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accuracy.
Oversee inward and outward movement of materials for events, ensuring proper documentation.
Track material utilization and ensure minimum wastage.
Ensure safe handling, proper storage, and maintenance of event equipment and assets.
Generate MIS reports for management.
Monitor quality and flag damages or losses immediately for corrective action.
Assist in budget planning by providing data on stock usage and requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Ability to multitask and work under event-driven deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
