Inventory Executive

Role & responsibilities

Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items in SAP

Checked and verifying the vendors documents and Process documents for accounting purpose bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock movements

Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.

To ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the Warehouse.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations

Responsible for the Checking and verification of documents -Quality security of the Warehouse area and all stock at plant held

Improving OEE, 5 S activities, Process Improvements Work Study, Responsible for production timing

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or warehouse equipment along with SAP knowledge

Supervise and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to facilitate timely receipt and dispatch of materials

Preferred candidate profile

Must:

• Diploma / ITI Mechanical /Production etc.
• Having 6-7 Years of experience In relevant field

Desirable:

Knowledge of SAP in MM Module

Relevant EXPERIENCE:

Must:

• Understanding of technical specifications of equipment.
• Basic measurement knowledge
• Store handling

Desirable:

Ensure compliance of Company Policies, standard procedures, and the Engineering Business Process. Coordinates with all other departments.
