Inventory Assistant

As an Inventory Assistant at our Tiruppur facility, your role involves assisting in day-to-day inventory operations, recording incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring proper labeling and placement of materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also coordinate with internal departments for stock movements, support stock audits, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the inventory area. Providing timely reporting to the Inventory or Warehouse Manager is also a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day inventory operations. - Record incoming and outgoing stock using inventory software or Excel. - Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and placement of materials. - Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies. - Coordinate with internal departments for stock movements and updates. - Support stock audits and cycle counts. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory area. - Provide timely reporting to the Inventory or Warehouse Manager. Qualification Required: - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or any inventory software). - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. - Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
