Record incoming and outgoing stock using inventory software or Excel. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and placement of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with internal departments for stock movements and updates. Support stock audits and cycle counts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory area. Provide timely reporting to the Inventory or Warehouse Manager. Skills & Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or any inventory software). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Quality Control : Conduct quality checks on products during various stages of production. Ensure products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock. Assist in planning and replenishing stock based on sales forecasts and trends. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the senior merchandising team. Sales Support : Assist the sales team with product information, pricing, and availability. Prepare sales presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of product specifications, orders, and shipments. Prepare regular reports on merchandising activities and performance metrics. Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement. Coordinate with the customer service team to address product-related inquiries and issues. Cost Management : Monitor production costs and work with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms. Ensure products are produced within budget and meet the desired profit margins.
