Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & DispatchProcess daily e-commerce orders from Amazon, Flipkart, website, and other marketplaces Pick, pack, label, and dispatch orders accurately as per SOPs Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickups Ensure proper documentation (invoices, shipping labels, manifests) Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (inward, outward, returns) Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation Update inventory in systems/ERP/Excel Monitor low stock levels and inform procurement team Handle damaged, returned, or expired stock properly Returns & Reverse LogisticsManage customer returns and RTOs Inspect returned products and update inventory accordingly Coordinate with marketplaces for return resolution
