Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Data Collection & Research

Assist in gathering market data for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Conduct research on comparable property sales, lease rates, and market trends.
Analyze zoning laws, land use, FSI regulations etc.
Maintain and update property databases and valuation templates.

Valuation Support

Support in the preparation of property valuation reports & models using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Help with adjustments and reconciling values across approaches.

Documentation & Reporting

Contribute to drafting valuation reports and presentation materials.
Organize supporting documentation such as photos, maps, deeds, and appraisals.

Site Visits & Inspections

Prepare site visit reports
Assist during site visit / inspections.
Take notes, photos, and measurements when required.
Document property condition and neighborhood characteristics.

Communication & Coordination

Collaborate with brokers, property managers, and municipal offices for information.
Present findings and analysis to team members.
