About the Role

Data Entry & Maintenance Intern

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain retail operational data in internal systems and trackers.
Support the team with
data cleaning
,
data validation
, and accuracy checks.
Assist in consolidating information received from Tanishq stores.
Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly dashboards as guided by the team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather missing or updated information.
Organize files and documents (digital & physical) for easy retrieval and reporting.
Generate simple reports in Excel or internal tools as required.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive retail and business data.
Support any administrative tasks related to ongoing projects within the TEMA team.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s student who has recent graduate (any stream).
Basic proficiency in
MS Excel
(sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site from Titan Corporate Office, Bengaluru.
Ability to complete tasks within timelines with minimal supervision.
