Internship Marketing ( Lead Generation )

About the Role:

Gravity Engineering Services is looking for proactive Marketing Interns (Lead Generation) to support our B2B sales pipeline through research, outreach, and CRM coordination. This is a great opportunity for MBA freshers or recent graduates eager to gain real-world marketing and lead generation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach
• Research and qualify potential B2B leads
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
• Track KPIs: lead volume, conversions, meetings booked
• Collaborate with sales & marketing for smooth lead handovers

• Eligibility & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva/email marketing tools is a plus
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Willing to work full-time on-site from Raipur or Patna
• Comfortable with a ₹10K fixed monthly stipend
