. While the core work is remote, the role is uniquely designed for students who want “boots-on-the-ground” experience. Applicants must be prepared to visit courts in Delhi for urgent matters and occasionally travel for outstation client meetings.
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern
- Duration: 4 Weeks
- Mode: Remote (with mandatory field/court visits)
- Jurisdictions: RERA Tribunals, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court.
- Stipend: Performance-based stipend + Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Court Assistance: Visiting courts for urgent filings and observation.
- Drafting: Assisting in preparing petitions and applications for civil and commercial matters.
- Research: Conducting in-depth research on Civil Procedure (CPC) and Commercial laws.
- Client Engagement: Traveling for outstation client meetings as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year LL.B.: Preferably in the 3rd year or above.
- 3-Year LL.B.: Preferably in the final year.
- Strong interest in Civil Procedure and Commercial Law.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent drafting skills.
- Availability: Must be able to travel locally to Delhi courts and potentially outstation.
