Job Title: Intern/Jr.Sales Coordinator

Role Summary:

Webcardio is looking for an Intern or Jr. Sales Coordinator who will support the sales and marketing teams through task tracking, coordination, and communication. The role involves following up on sales tasks, handling tender alerts, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on all major sales tasks assigned to team members through WhatsApp groups and emails until completion.
• Check and download daily tender alerts, and coordinate with the sales team for necessary actions.
• Assist in implementing and following up on marketing campaign rollouts.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members and stakeholders through calls and emails.
• Maintain reports and records of sales activities, tenders, and campaign progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
• 1yr experience in similar role is a plus
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi (knowing additional languages is a plus)

Experience: 0 to 1yr

Location: Kochi office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
