Job Description

We are seeking an International Voice/Chat Process Professional to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-4 years of experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions with customers across various international markets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
