International Voice Specialist

We are actively hiring for our 1st and 3rd Party Collections process. Please refer to the detailed requirements below:

Location: Maharashtra-based candidates only

🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 year of International BPO voice experience

🔹 Communication: Excellent spoken English

🔹 Lending Salary: hr team will quote the salary to the candidates + ₹1,000 Wi-Fi allowance

Shifts fixed shifts and fixed off's (1 Saturday working half day in a month)

🔹 LBPD 1st party collections Salary: Up to ₹35,000 Gross (₹31,920 In-Hand) depending on the last inhand (hr team will quote the salary to the candidates) + ₹1,000 Wi-Fi allowance

Shifts - Rotational shifts and rotational off's

🔹 Working Hours: 10 hours (9 hours login + 1 hour break)

🔹 Assets Provided: Desktop only (no laptops)

🔹 Camera Policy: Must remain ON during working hours

Post-selection: Bank statements are mandatory
