International Voice Process | US Mortgage - Job Description
International Voice Process | US Mortgage
Location:

Magarpatta, Pune

Eligibility:

Only Graduates (Any discipline)

Shift & Working Days:

US Shift (Night Shifts)
Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Incentives & Transport:

Performance-based incentives
Both-way cab provided

Preferred Experience:

US Mortgage or Insurance experience is preferred
Previous experience in customer support or voice processes is a plus

Job Description:

Handle voice-based customer queries for international clients, primarily in the US market.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Adhere to the service level standards and achieve targets.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in night shifts and handle US-based clients
