Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Customer Expert I to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues through various channels.
Develop and implement effective content strategies to improve channel performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in digital marketing or social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch and propose effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
Client-focused approach, with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.
Passionate about social media.
A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Hands-on experience with video content creation and editing, including third-party tools like video editors and encoders.
Strong analytical skills.
